Who can use DocZyme

The planned service is for US residents age 18 or older, with an account and a verified reachable email. Only PDFs are accepted. You must have permission to submit the document.

Your purchase

You choose one or more processors and review a price for each. Checkout will show any applicable tax and the final amount before you pay. With Managed Payments, Link will be the merchant of record and send payment and refund receipts. Stripe eligibility is still being confirmed.

Processor output and refunds

DocZyme sends your PDF to the selected processors and makes their returned files available without editing their content. Extraction quality and structure vary; no particular quality is promised. A technical failure receives an automatic refund for that engine’s paid share, including attributable tax. Completed runs have no automatic quality refund. Duplicate charges are refundable. Contact support about a problem; this does not limit applicable legal or Link/Stripe remedies.

Access and support

Each successful ZIP is available for 30 days after its run completes. The account will show the exact expiry. Source PDFs are deleted after all selected runs settle. Unpaid-file and account-record retention periods must be approved before launch. Contact DocZyme support.

Before this becomes an agreement

Legal entity details, governing terms, retention schedules, final prices, provider disclosures, and statutory requirements remain subject to counsel review. This page is not an agreement customers can accept.
