Account and payment information

The planned service will store a stable account ID, linked sign-in provider IDs, a verified contact email, consent records, and submission and payment references. Card details stay with the payment provider.

Selected processors

Cloudflare will host the application, database, and files. MinerU and Docling are planned to run on Modal. Selecting Mistral sends the PDF to Mistral AI’s hosted OCR service. Mistral’s model status, training settings, and retention terms need verification before that option opens.

File retention

Source PDFs will be deleted after all selected runs settle. Successful ZIPs and their previews expire 30 days after each run completes. Account, payment, support, and delivery-evidence retention periods remain under legal review.

Email and your choices

Delivery emails will link to your account. A separate, unchecked newsletter choice will be optional and withdrawable. Account deletion will remove product data while preserving only records required under the approved retention policy.
